Hmm, audiostocker is more of a compressor/limiter/normalizer plugin. For enhancing the sound, try something like Enhancer, Wow Thing (requires free registration), Dee3, DFX, etc. Where did you download AudioStocker from?
Was it a.ZIP file or a self-installing.EXE file? Is the correct corresponding dsp_*.dll file in the Winamp Plugins dir?

If so, restart Winamp, then go to: Prefs > Plugins > DSP/Effects and select 'AudioStocker' here to enable it. I've never used this particular 3rd-party plugin, so I can't help you with the config/setup. I've tried both Enhancer and WowThing though, and the sound improvement is definitely noticeable, though with my system/soundcard/speaker setup, I honestly don't require any dsp/fx plugins.
I just use the EQ, and nothing else. For the EQ, the sliders on the left control the bass end, and the ones on the right control the treble. Try one of the presets, eg. 'Techno' is a pretty good all-round preset. (Presets button > Load > Preset). Scientific workplace 6 serial code.
